Do 1 thing, 1st delete the assignment of Company Code with Plant----save.
then do MMPV with the required date.

When I enter the details in MMPV and clicked execute, it says the following,
Mode: Check and close period
Client: 800
Period entered: 052015
Incorrect period in control record of Cocd 1000; No conversion
The current period of control record is 122006
Period closing complete. Log issued.
Please help me how do I create a closing period.
