Reply from CWK on May 8 at 7:22 AM Venkat - It's possible that your company has activated digital signatures for the capture of inspection results, but not the creation of quality notifications. Therefore, you can expect to get a digital signature request during the QE01 process that records a rejection result that causes a QN to be generated. You won't get one simply creating a QN that has no direct connection to results recording in such a case. You can go to config (txn SPRO) and follow Quality Management > Quality Notifications > Notification Processing > Digital Signature > Specify Digital Signature to see if you do have any configuration set up for using digital signatures for QNs. Even if you do have QN digital signature set up, it may not be set up for the QN Type you created using QM01. Good luck, Carl
