Question from Siya_C4 on Apr 22 at 8:40 AM My colleague did a transfer (mvt 303) to his location instead of warehouse location, I went and reversed the transfer material order number using migo (cancellation). The pallet disappeared and I couldn't trace it anymore. I went and re-backflushed as we had physical pallet and changed the new SU number to read/match the old SU that is on the pallets and did a correct transfer to warehouse. the issue comes as the warehouse team can't receive this pallet as the error message says "deficit of BA unrestricted -use 240pc"
Upon checking I see the pallet is sitting on COGI (error log). What can I do to resolve this issue?
