I have a small doubt in which I have to calculate the monthly GTL and Annual GTL for the different plans in a particular tax year.
Based on the Tax year we need to retrieve the record from the data base.
For example if the tax year is 2015. Begda is '20150101' and Endda is '20151231' for reading the records in Infotype 168.
For the year '2015' I have following records.
PERNR
BPLAN
COVOV(COVERAGE AMMOUNT)
BEGDA
ENDDA
1000
IGS1
2500.00
01/01/2015
31/05/2015
IGS1
3200.00
01/06/2015
31/08/2015
IGS5
6000.00
01/09/2015
31/12/9999
IGS3
2500.00
01/01/2015
31/12/9999
So now based on the records I need to calculate the
Monthly Gtl = ((A + B – C) – D).
A = IGS1 (COVOV)
B = IGS3 (COVOV)
C = IGS5 (COVOV)
And annual Gtl = Monthly Formula * Plan Duration for the Year (Number from 1 to 12 Months).
Here is an Example of, If Plan Changes in April 1
Annual GTL Amount = Monthly Amount * Plan Duration (3 Months) + Monthly Amount * Plan Duration (9 Months).
Please give me an idea to achieve the above Monthly and Annual GTL.
Here is an Example of, if retiree enrolls in May 1
Annual GTL Amount =
Monthly Amount * Plan Duration (8 Months)
