Restart the SAP application, then you can login as user sap* in client 300 with password "pass"

Accidentally my user is locked and I am unable to login in SAP. DDIC and SAP* users are not available in our customized client-300. So I am unable to reset the password of both systems.
SQL> select bname,uflag,mandt from SAPSR3.usr02 where bname='SAP*';
BNAME UFLAG MANDT

SAP* 0 000
SAP* 0 001
SAP* 0 066
Please guide me without DDIC and SAP* user, how to login with SAP?
