The COA differ, but I would like to get clear that if a com. code already assigned to controlling area, and again if I want to assign one more com. code the access is disable.
for example:
X co. code assigned to A controlling area, and some transactions posted in X co. code, now I want to assign Y co.code to A controlling area, is it possible to do so.

Dear Experts,
Am getting an error Message No. KS055,
I already created standard hierarchy in controlling area in OKKP, also i created profit center for the same, when i would like to cost center the above mentioned error is encountered.
I also need clarity and assistance that multiple company codes can be assign to one controlling area,
i already assign one company code to one controlling area, but when am trying to assign another company code to same controlling area the access is getting denied.
