CA03 shows standard routings (type N). CA23 shows rate routings (type R or M). If you created a standard routing, you can't see it as rate routing and the other way around. It's either or...

Oops, sorry. I was confusing my rate routing and recipes. Rate Routings are Task List Type = R. Same problem, though. I believe you need a Profile that is appropriate for Task List Type N routings.
