Reply from JG-SAPHR on Mar 16 at 11:08 PM If you are entering the date in IT 41 = date up-to when the search should end, then my suggestion in point b) should be b) Find the nearest pay period (for the employee's payroll area) before the end date. Then find the starting pay period = this pay period - no.of periods to be evaluated + 1. If there is no pay result for this pay period, loop forward in the pay results till you find a result. This pay period is to be used as the start period. This change would be after the standard operation code has found the starting period, so that the standard is replaced by the user value. To read pay result you can find standard code in the RPCALx0 of your molga. All the changes I am suggesting need to be included in the standard user include for RPCALCx0. The ABAP code for the standard operation AVERA or MEANV needs to be enhanced using ABAP Enhancement (this can be used at the start or end of a routine. SAP provides standard facilities for user code with ABAP Enhancement, bAPI, etc, Get help from your ABAP programmer.
