Reply from gram77 on Mar 30 at 12:35 AM It will set you back in terms of salary and seniority by 5-8 years and probably a loan liability of 5-6 lacks. Further, you will be working with kids half your age. Rest depends on your skills and experience. Can you outshine the kids? If yes, good for you. Else your colleagues in sales will be far ahead of you. By the time you have 10 years of experience in SAP your colleagues in sales will have 20. Good enough to be a CEO level. Nobody in the forum can predict the future. It's your call and entirely your risk. SAP has a good job market. Good Luck!

People have changed at over 50 to SAP. As Ravi said, you need to be clear about what you want. If you want to be a functional consultant, it would be good to have a good knowledge and experience in the relevant field. So SD or SCM would be suitable, I suppose. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
