We can block the material for a material/plant combination once the material gets confirmed for the particular schedule line. This configuration would avoid re-scheduling of the confirmed quantity.
Its the part of availability check configuration.

During the SD order processing, a scheduled delivery date is proposed by the availability check. Let assume that the customer accept this date, we would like to fix this date (block any other possible rescheduling for this date), especially when we have to pay a penalty for the delay.
I'd like to know if there is a way for fix (and block every possible rescheduling) the scheduled delivery date in SD order when the customer accepted it.
