That depends on the settings in the MRP type.
It's related to the MRP forecats indicator of the MRP type incustomizing. Standard MRP type PD is set like that, but it works with Unplanned consumptions. If you need Total consumptions to be considered, you need to create your own MRP type.

Is it possible to make MRP consider forecast without transferring forecast into demand management (planned independent requirements). Until now, we had to transfer our forecast into demand management first. I am looking for a way to create forecast so it can be seen and considered by MRP immediately.
