Do you have Version Management activated? If yes, complete the version and then perform a check.
If not check if the characteristics fall in the range.

I'm actually performing PO release configuration for a new product category.
I followed all the classic steps to set up for the PO release (Class, characteristics, Release group, Release code, release strategy)
Characteristics : PO value, Doc type, Comp Code, Purch group
My CL24N and CL30N showed good results = 1 strategy release line per characteristics combination
However, the release tab in PO is not showing at all. Before this customization, the Release tab was showing perfectly for the previous products category.
