Source system non Unicode, target system Unicode After the Client import to source system.devloer informs us customer specific object, structure is missing. We have created the new transport request in source again (object missing structure) import it to target system with RC=8. Due to mismatch non Unicode some programs & tables are not active. As per our the developer they need to do manually active the tables & programs. Manual Unicode activation on programs in target system Now they asking basis team to re import the client copy import transport again <SID>KO????? : cross client data cts >> 1.5 GB <SID>KT????? : Client specific data cts >> 50 GB <SID>KX????? : Some client specific other data cts. >> 700 KB . Import in order KO -> KT -> KX. KT export data file around 50 GB after the import all three files data SAPSR3 around 220 GB. Now developer activates the programs & tables. in target system. Can we do reimport KT ( data) file. it will overwrite. Is it best approach the re import ? Can we do the reimport on the target system same we did Please advise us the same will be great help. 1) Whether Client copy import will be overwrite the data 2) Please provide us TP import steps Ex: tp import D91k00965 client 0 DTG PF=./TP_DOMIAN_DTG.PFL U18 Any better method to perform. Please advise the same. Thanks, PD | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community.
