find the work process number which identified the lock
look in the dev_wXX file, where XX is the process number.

We have a Solution Manager 7.1 DUAL STACK.
Recently he have changed a user's password (because we don't remember it) and now we're experiencing user locks, but we don't know what is locking it. We're sure that there are some jobs running with that user, but should not affect in this case.
If we list the times in which it's being locked (SU01 > change documents), we can find that the users locks always at the same MINUTE (14:36:50, 19:36:49, 23:36:49 ...) BUT not always at the same HOUR. With that info, I think that could be a job that connects over RFC from other machine, but I don't know from where.
We've activated a trace in SMGW and in SM51 and we're not able to find any "interesting" information about the source of the problem in dev_wx and dev_rd files.
Could you help me, please?
