I requested budget upload with an amount of Php 462,800.00 at
WBS element: BUD-SMSR-1-0108032 but it says BUD-SMSR-1-0108032 is exceeded
by Php 5,318,987.46, thus, can not be released.
What is the reason why it cannot be released, hence, it was already uploaded? |
