After the payment proposal creation, when you click edit proposal on the
application toolbar, the system shows the outstanding amount or not?
If not, then there is date error.
Please run the payment on today's date.

I already check if there's existing proposal for the customer account. No existing proposal
checked the due date of the invoice - 02/05/2015
checked if the vendor invoice is blocked - free for payment
We run other account but only 1 account cannot proceed on the APP.
