The BIN named 'QUALITY' is normally used in interim Storage Type 917 and often for temporary storage of materials placed into Q-blocked stock, during QI processing.
However this must have been set up in Your WM system by somebody.
Like 'Sunny_boy' I suggest that You ask this person regarding Your putaway issues - it is difficult to give any advise without possibility to check Your setup.

Subject: Looking for Setting Where the Automatic TO is Created With No Foreground Screen Displayed

Hi,

I have two different settings in config that I am not able to find for two
different warehouse numbers

for whs 109, when a purchase order is received the material shows a TO
creation in the foreground
and after completing the steps material is moved to specific bin.

for whs 108, when the PO is received it automatically creates a TO with no
foreground screen and
put the stock in a specific bin

where is the setting that makes the TO to be created automatically and so
the stock is posted to the specific bin?
I really need to find this
