@Lou: You didn't get me. Screens are going to be different for each country. Also, there are certain fields which are mandatory for a certain country but won't be even visible for other countries. If the number of countries would have been 2-3 I would have gone for custom BDC but it is much more than that.
One advantage of using function module is that it identifies the screen for a country. But it is unable to override ABKRS feature value at the moment for me.

Hi All,
My requirement is to override the Payroll area value defaulted using Feature.
We don't want to use the value defaulted by the feature and would be passing different value for payroll area during mass upload of infotype 1.
I am using function module HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION for mass upload but during upload it takes feature defaulted value instead of the value passed in the load file.
Is there any way to override the value defaulted by ABKRS feature?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
