What I said is that the assignment to a position should be through a personnel action.
Also it is not clear how the reporting is set up and how you are running the adhoc report.

I would like to seek your advise. I already assign an employee a position in OM. Thru PA, the position was already occupied by the employee but when I made an adhoc report, I cannot see the employee. What shall I do? I've several checkings but then the employee was not part of the adhoc report. Please advise. |
