Reply from ChrisO on Jan 24 at 2:23 PM This would depend on how your company defines who is in control of each material, or group of materials - usually this is done via the 'Purchasing Group' field or the 'MRP Controller' field. If so you can use MB52 to select by Purchasing Group or MC.D to select by MRP Controller. Both reports will display a list of materials, ether at item level or with batches, and by quantity and/or value. However, neither report displays 'Purchasing Group' or 'MRP Controller' in the listing (i.e. you can only select by these parameters).
With reference to previous comments, the following are not inventory reports (at least, not in R3 4.7).....
MB51 - is a material movement report
ME80FN - is a purchasing report (so wouldn't include any manufactured items)
MMBE - only looks at one material at a time, so not a listing report
MB5B - is a stock report, so doesn't show materials that are not in stock

I have understand that I need to combine two reports in excel mb52 and something else my boss will appreciate a lot if I will manage do that :)) looking forward for an answer.
