Reply from healyb on Jan 26 at 1:55 PM This is similar to us converting from IM only, only easier. We likewise used LSMW, but what we did was to a continuous inventory into the "new" bins form the information in the "old" bins. You will end up with material documents adjusting out of the old location and material documents adjusting into the new location. This should (need to) balance. We keep our warehouses to single locations so I am not sure as to how SAP handles the location to location transfer order moves.

Good luck! Regards, Mark ---- JonHess wrote ---- Question from JonHess on Jan 26 at 9:55 AM We currently have several physical buildings that make up a single distribution center in our SAP environment. The Isles/Bins in each building are unique and the system does not currently recognize them as separate locations. We now want to create a separate DC for one of the locations. The Isles/Bins/etc. will not change...just a new location number. Has anyone ever done a mass move of product from one location to another...or have suggestions on the best way to do so?
