I don't think it's possible in PR document. You can track the changes in
AUT10 transaction, the report gives you all the changes made to the PR with
the version number.

I believe there is a check box or something that says "Create new version". It is created when the users decides, not automatically for every change.
The reason is that the user may want to club multiple changes into one new version.
