As you mentioned the total amount as 12000 and it differs each month, you can
enter a value in PO and the same value can be changed in ML81N while
entering SES, for that you have to tick the price change indicator in
services tab in item details tab in po.

Thanks. But we have scenario of receiving of invoice not in equal amount in
each month. As for example we create a services PO of $12000 with qty 1
unit for year and receive invoice each month as under.
GR/month
Jan $800
Feb $900
Mar $1,500
Apr $700
May $900
Jun $1,600
Jul $950
Aug $1,000
Sep $850
Oct $1,200
Nov $1,000
Dec $600
Total $12,000
Can SAP allow or flexible to the above receipts in value of each
month against a PO raised of 1 unit of total value $12,000?
