There is an important difference - in the PO for Materials, specify quantity in the line item of the PO. In the PO for Services, you specify 1 unit (1 LE or whatever) in the line item of the PO but below the line item, in the The quantity (12 Mn or whatever) must be specified in the service line(s). The Service Entry Sheet is made against these service lines, that allows for receipt and payment for partial services rendered and also if there are multiple services that go in to the final service.
