I will suggest make role for each release strategy and fill with
authorization object M_EINK_FRG field FRGGR for release group and FRGCO
for release code.
And assign it to proper user, hope it helps.

Venkatraman - the consensus is that this is a security issue. Whether your basis people are allowed to do this or you have to go through a security admin person, it's still security.
