It's not possible, unless you have configure allowed negative stock which is
not recommended.
Is it production can not have partial consumption? So until physical
inventory being posted production use only 50000 pcs and another 1000 after
post PID.

Here is the issue.
How to deal with excess and shortage in quantity but our warehouse controller still downloads the results of Physical Annual Inventory.
For example we have material X
Book QTY. : 50000 pcs
Actual QTY according to physical annual inventory: 52000 pcs
We need to dispatch : 51000 pcs to production
How can we handle this issue?
