most of them payroll had run for the last 2 months. I haven't triggered
retro. The retro date is 01.04.2014 for all the employees.

For how many months payroll ran. Did you trigger a retro? Check the status of the withdrawn employee once again. No chance of system picking up the withdrawn employees.
