you have to run again your swpm, through which you are able to install

Our current diagnostic agent version is 7.10.12. In Service Market Place, We found latest diagnostic agent version as 7.42.1. We have downloaded this SAR file. When we extracted it, we could not see any sapinst to install it, Please advise, how to install this version.
