You need have a variable created through GS11 for Period, like If you
report is based on FAGLFLEXT table, then your variable also should be
created using the same table and the field 'RPMAX - Period'.
Create two variable for both 'From Period and To Period' using the same
field. Now in report painter > general data selection> select 'Period'
under displayed column list> Select the option of 'Insert variable' > Now
give both variables 'Period From' and 'Period To'.. Hence they will be
displayed in the report selection.
Revert if you have/have not understood.

I got your point. But still I have a question in my mind. I checked settings of sandbox & production. Both have same settings but still production has two more selection values 'from period' & 'to period'.
Please advise.
