restart the numbering each year and some continue the numbering from year
to year. It sounds like your company used single-year numbering and,
therefore, needs to update the numbering for 2015.
Execute transaction FBN1 to look at the ranges and see what year is
assigned to the ranges, If it is "9999" you have a different issue. If it
2014, then you will need to copy the ranges and create them for 2015.
If you do not have access to FBN1, you can see the ranges in SAP table NRIV.
