Follow SPRO path LE > WM > Interfaces > IM > Define Movement Types > LE-WM Interface to Inventory Management.
Find your Warehouse and Movement type and the field Immediate TO creation will be set to 'A' for TO creation in background and 'X' for TO creation in dialogue.
