Our replication is CRM to ERP We have successfully replicated CRM BPs to ERP Customers under account group Sold to Party. However when we convert the created ERP customer to BP in ERP it is created as an Organisation even when its a Person Customer. On the other note, all customers we downloaded from ERP to CRM are by default converted to Organisations. My first question is how can we make sure that a Person BP is created from a Person Customer. Another question is it possible to directly replicate CRM BPs into ERP BPs without going the route of Customers. Our requirement is to have BPs in ERP coming from CRM system.
