Question from venkats1 on Dec 18 at 10:41 PM Hi The three web services we're concerned about are related to our IVR system. They're all called with the "user" credentials on production system. The calling system has a timeout period of under 20 seconds, so it can timeout even when no errors are shown in SAP. We suspect some sort of bottleneck, either with the ICM or the appropriate number of each type of work process available on the server (such as Update and Update2). While we see a definite increase in timeouts when the system is under load, we have other types which are not so easily explained - they come in as a different task type and fail authentication . Besides the year-end upgrade on the December weekend, nothing else has changed, although since these web services were first deployed, we've greatly increased our use of other webservices in SAP, both incoming and outgoing.
