Reply from Sunny_boy on Dec 5 at 5:53 PM That's a problem....but why not make more queues then? Use LRF1 and connect TO's to queues and pickers to queues. Of course that's manual work. There are also user exits for connecting TO's to queues (don't know them by head). But what should that do to make it not manual anymore... You could try to make a exit in LM07 to skip to the next delivery (instead of to the next TO). I have never done that. If user exit makes it too much work (and I think that's the case) make a Z-program for just the system guided piece (selecting the delivery and sorting on delivery, etc.) and use the LMXX for TO picking from that Z-program (I don't know by head the LM transaction for TO picking...LM57 or what ever).

Up until now we scan a pick TO and then the TO lines are picked. With LM07 we can do this system guided, that's perfect. We also have another scenario, picking on delivery. Here we scan the delivery and then all the TO attached to this delivery are picked. However, is it possible to have system guided picking for deliveries. So like LM07 but then with the first TO per delivery proposed. So when a picker is starting with delivery 1, TO 1 of 3, then picker 2 starts with the first TO of the second delivery in line. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
