Reply from jhanner on Dec 26 at 10:38 AM Hi Arjit, My apologies. I did some checking and I am able to replicate your situation in our system. Our data guys have seen this as well, and it did affect how they created reports. They had to adjust their logic to check the VBAP-ABGRU (reason for rejection) to see if the line has been rejected. Thanks much, John John Hanner OTC Business Consultant

However, the issue seems a little unclear to you. When I reject a schedule line for an item in a Sales order, the confirmed quantity column in the table VBEP does not reduce the amount of the rejected schedule line. Eg, if i reduce 2 schedule line out of 10 for the material xyz, the ordered quantity is 10, and the confirmed quantity stays 10, whereas the confirmed quantity should be reduced by 2, to be 8.
