Please remark that changing T030 over valuation classes in use demands an strict protocol, and you must close affected for those changes, purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, etc.
What you ask is not available in a standard function, use information of these tables, MARD, MCHB (if you use batches), and information from transactions MB5L, MB53.

Recently, we have made some changement on our T030.
But we still have amount in one FI account, that should be 0 because we have consume all material related with one valuation class in order to change inventory account.
Is there any transaction who display Unrestricted material with FI account number, to select material steel attached with this old inventory account.
Also if you have other alternative, you welcome!
