If you still have problems with SAP standard reports you can create your own via SQ01, SQ02, SQ03 or simply SQVI. Don't forget to create the user group you need or use the SAP's standard and if you dunno these try to document about it.

My boss needs a report of resigned employees but should retain their previous position. The position in OM should not reflect as default position or 99999999. I don't have idea if I can get this through creating an adhoc report. Need your assistance ASAP since we need this for our year end report.
