prerequisities: both files must consist some unique ID which is link between each upload file so it is link betwean header and lines.
then you must create structure according these files
then map correct upload structures to correct idoc segments
then assign upload files to upload structures and thats it.
If there will be any errore you should see them in convert statistsics
