1. Looks like the periods that are open for posting are 2014/09 and 2014/10. You can confirm this with your Systems Admin by using t-code OB52
2. Also check what periods and transactions are un-locked using t-code OKP1. If period or transaction is locked, you can not post
3. If your Financial Year runs from March to February of the following year, then you can post documents with posting dates in November and December calendar dates.
Please advise posting date of your document and your Financial Year start and end months.
