I am practicing in the CRM DIES system. Create CRM sales order or something like that.
and I am facing a issue on CRM middleware -- inbound queue.
After I edit the sales order in CRM. a couple seconds later, the change is replicated on ERP side. But the CRM order is still can not be edited, it shows "the document is in distributing and cannot be edited" when I try to edit it.
I found there is an inbound queue exists in CRM side, and the queue begin with R3RD_<order#>. There is an error in it. When I double the SYSFAIL column , the detail message is like the following "pdate BDoc status failed - BDoc-Site not found". which message no: SR053.
Can anyone suggest how to deal with this? Is there anything I need me to configure?
