You have a field in material master " x-dist.ch status". If you maintain the distribution channel here you can Block sales in that particular dist.ch only . Which will not effect your business scenario.

We have business requirement not to extend material master to different distribution channel than created for. Already business is running with thousands of materials this manner only.
Since at SD configuration settings we have defined common distribution channel and this common distribution channel is marked for other distribution channel.
This is the way material master is being created and extended to other distribution channel.
Is it advisable to remove configuration settings now as it will impact the business scenarios, can somebody suggest please. |
