Remove the Outbound Delivery. MBRL Outbound Delivery better suited for SD sales.
If the goal is to put stock back into your inventory, then use MIGO, Goods Receipt, Other, Mvt type 501
Future returns need to be handled via QM if active with MIGO Return Delivery 122 is better for PO returns.

Hi Experts,
PO is a closed PO, but we had created an outbound delivery via MBRL, but the
post goods was not triggered to complete the financial transactions
required. PO and financial period has since closed and we need to receive
the good back into plant via MB01.
Please help.
