Select Validity and Deduction periods.
Maintain for all the relevant keys, set
a)validity from/to parameters;
e.g. from: generation date (or +1),
period: 1 year. (or 999 months - this results in To-date = high date)
b)Deduction period - similar to the above.

Maintain time data initial screen.
I am getting following error, please guide me to img path to rectify it.
Error msg as follows:-
No validity interval for key 2 07 07
Message no. 72034
Diagnosis
You want to generate default values for absence quotas. However, you have not specified the complete validity period for the quota in the Maintain time data initial screen.
System Response
The system attempted to determine the validity period using the Customizing for the Validity period for absence quota default values, but could not find a valid entry. The system therefore could not determine the validity period, and exited the transaction.
Procedure
Check your Customizing settings.
