Set the pers.action as user group dependent.

Need your help.
Out company is having its subsidiary companies and same personnel action is
being used for both companies, but with different sets of infogroup as the
infotypes used is different for both the companies. Now my client wants to
hide some field from IT0002 for one of the companies only not for both.
Please help in this regard as how to complete this activity.
