Dear,

Path will be the same, but remove that /bin part from that path
Download j2sdk........ From Google and install it. After installation
Java_home will see you on your desktop and when you start install your
central system it will also ask for jce policy so you have to download that
also.

I think you are looking for this as an answer.
After installing the javaruntime, Go to System>Environmental Variable>and in System Variable Section Below > Create a New Variable With JAVA_HOME and the Value would be the directory name

i:e
Variable Name : JAVA_HOME
Variable Value : C:\j2sdk1.4.2_12

Save it.
Then Go to Path Variable and Add this C:\j2sdk1.4.2_12\bin at the End of the Variable Value

I:e
Variable Name : Path
Variable Value : *******\v1.0;C:\j2sdk1.4.2_12\bin

Press Ok

And if you want to confirm, use the command prompt to check the java.
