Dear;
Valuation grouping code means grouping of valuation areas i.e plants for automatic account determination within charts of accounts.

Subject: Plants and Valuation Grouping Code

Why do we assign different plants (valuation areas) to a single valuation grouping code?
Is it because these plants have similar business (like manufacturing or trading) activity?
In other words do we assign plants with manufacturing activity will be assigned to one AGC and plants with trading activity are assigned to another VGC?
