I am not able to logon SAP icon as I am getting error message as below.
"Partne'visuinfoec6.sapdp06' not reached
WSAECONNREFUSED:connection refused

Note: When I was practicing power was off, once power came i have restarted the system and try to login to SAP it is showing the above error message.
The SAP installed in VM - VMWare Workstation.
I have checked ABAP WP Table in SAP Management console icon, there is no tables are available.
Please advise is there any way to resolve this issue?
