When you post depreciation for assets, it means you posting an expense
against each asset. Hence system requires a cost center assignment in each
depreciation line item.
So, please maintain a Cost center in Asset master that the Asset is located
in. So that the same cost center will be picked up while posting
depreciation and you will not get this error.

Just go to FS00 T code and assign the cost center in the
respective GL account by clicking on Edit Cost element Radio button on
screen. Save it and rerun the same transaction. It should go through
