My user revoked service entry sheet using ML81 and it cancelled the
material document and updated the PO history successfully. The material
document did not generate accounting documents and the service entry sheet
still have the amount on PO history and the status of the Service entry
sheet is still green (accepted).
I have tried to revoke the SES and the system is giving an error log 021
Deficit of PU GR quantity 1 MON .
I have performed some checks and noted the following on Service Entry
sheet for PO line item .
1. The Invoice Receipt was reversed ( cancelled) and the PO History updated.
2. The SES has status green (accepted)
3. The material document with quanity 1 is reversed as shown on PO
History. (MVT type 101 cancelled by 102).
3. The Client is using GR Bsd Invoice and the indicator is set.
4. Upon saving the SES the system generated an error log 021 Deficit of PU
GR quantity 1 MON .
5. The Material Document Reversal (Mvt type 102) did not generate
accounting documents. No posting were done on the reversed material
document.
6.The SES still has committed funds on PO History.
May you please assist on answering the following question and resolving
the issue:
Why did the sytems not update the accounting documents and why did the
system generate Reversal Material Document?
Why did the sytem not reverse the SES an intended by the user?
What could the user have done wrong?
How do we correct this issue?
It also implies that GR IR Clearing account is still in imbalance? I am an
MM Consultant. What can I do?
Please assist.
