I created a new materiel with sales org as view and updated all the required information. Like transportation group, loading group, etc.
Please suggest.

First, you create ME21N for creating PO. Make sure all the plants are assigned to respective sales area (also the customer no in receiving plant) and stock in supply storage location. Then try it.
